Riverdale ArtWalk is open to the public and free of charge. It is an excellent opportunity to talk to local artists and engage in conversations about their work, process and inspiration. Artists will be available at their booth spaces for you to see, experience, and purchase their original artworks during the following hours. We hope you connect and enjoy the day!

Visitor Services – 2019
The Artists’ Network booth, located along Queen Street is your centre for information. Someone will be onsite at the tent during show hours. Drop by to pick up an event guide, enter our draw to WIN art, enter the People’s Choice Award, check out the Gallery Wall or learn more about the Artists’ Network.
It’s also the place to come for First Aid and Lost & Found.

Blue Crow Gallery is excited to have an art activity booth at this years Riverdale Art Walk. We will be hosting a printmaking station where you can create your own small piece with us. Drop by and learn the printmaking process and take part in the fun.

We will not have food vendors selling food in the park, but there are many wonderful restaurants along Queen Street that offer fantastic options.

A LITTLE ABOUT JIMMIE SIMPSON PARK & COMMUNITY CENTRE
This 2.6 hectare park just east of Broadview Avenue on Queen Street East features a ball diamond, multipurpose sports field, lit hockey rink, two lit tennis courts, basketball courts and a children’s playground. Adjacent to the park is this Jimmie Simpson Recreation Centre.

Getting here:
Jimmie Simpson Park and Recreation Center is located at 860 Queen Street East, 4 blocks east of the Don Valley.
We’re on Queen Street, so the 501 Queen streetcar or bus is the route, and the Booth Avenue stop is right at the park.
Parking:
It will be difficult, but there are pay lots in the neighbourhood, and street parking, but please be polite to our neighbours on the surrounding residential streets.
Public Washrooms
Restrooms are located inside Jimmie Simpson Recreation Center.
